Northbound Academy Overview
This service offers several boot camp training programs to corporate customers and end users in various web related technologies.
Typical boot camp is for 10 weeks and offered in class, on skype with highly specialized training material. Launched in 2015 Northbound have run several successful camps.
Northbound and Community
Our Teen mentoring program is an ongoing process wherein we invite High School children for a “AT WORK” day/week.
The teenagers are exposed to different areas of work and various functions involved. One of our very successful program we now have 4 major high school sending teenagers for this program. We have extended this to schools in other school districts and are very pleased with response from all.
We also offer internship to under graduate from community collage in the area. This program was launched in 2010 and has been on-going since then. Northbound received recognition for its mentorship program for teenage and underprivileged children in the NCMSDC newsletter in 2014.
As a member of the family giving tree program Northbound raised $2,500 in the 2014 drive, $2200 in 2015 and $3000 in 2016.
